Last Tournament of the Season..................

was held yesterday, Saturday 24th September with the Colin Symonds Pairs

seeing teams illuminated after a 50 minute game played over the day finally

whittling down to the final two pairs Colin Fishleigh and Peter Vernon against

Peter Jones and Linsey Worth who played a 12 end game with Colin and Peter

coming out winners. With the trophy being given by Diane Symonds.

During the day we had a presentation of 80th badges by John Harding the President of Bowls Cornwall to Peter Vernon, Dave Bowyer and Michael Cunnliffe. A great day had by all.
